Au Sable River Riparian Use & Ownership Guide
The Au Sable River has been designated a National Scenic River and a Michigan Natural River because of its unique and beautiful wild, clear, cold water characteristics. Those of us that are privileged to use the Au Sable River and its watershed for recreation or to own property along its banks are responsible to preserve this natural wonder for future generations.
